South Birmingham Curry Club
SBCC was a lockdown project that got out of hand. Starting as a way to keep owner Andy Crawford busy and out of trouble. He began offering a casual takeaway service from his home kitchen, which proved a lot more popular than first expected – bursting onto the street food scene in late 2021. You can expect to see non-authentic curries and naan kebabs representing Birmingham’s culturally diverse suburbs, they don’t follow traditional recipes and prefer instead to use their instincts and cooking experience to serve intensely flavour-packed dishes.
What’s on their menu:
Curries from all over the world, chicken tikka naans, shredded lamb naans and vegan options including Brummie fried cauli.
