OVERVIEW
Digbeth Dining Club (DDC) is a UK pioneer of street food based in Birmingham, West Midlands. Fiercely independent, we have spent the last 12 years delivering world class events and venues working alongside a roster of 100+ vendors. We are a growing business with a plan to bring good food and good vibes to people across the Midlands and beyond.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and deliver our digital marketing programme across the DDC brands. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape the digital strategy and deliver integrated campaigns across website, paid social, email marketing and more.
KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year’s experience within a digital marketing team, within agency or in-house
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social advertising, SEO, PPC and CRM
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing social media advertising campaigns on multiple channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns, using software such as Mailchimp
- Proficiency in using digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Some experience using a Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress
- Proficiency in organic social media is preferred, but not essential

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks across multiple projects
- An understanding and passion for events, hospitality and the wider street food scene
- Flexible worker with willingness to work some weekends and evenings
- Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, focused on social media, website and email marketing
- Implement digital strategies and tactics to increase website traffic, data capture, ticket sales and other key marketing goals
- Work closely with the Social Media Executive to oversee the events programme, ensuring that events are launched and promoted effectively
- Create, manage and optimise social media advertising campaigns across the DDC brands, closely tracking and managing budget
- Create, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns across the DDC brands
- Oversee and manage our website, regularly updating content and optimising performance
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to oversee and manage sales and bookings via Skiddle and Design My Night
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance on a weekly and monthly basis
