Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing professional to join our team, taking ownership of campaigns from concept through to execution. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, using data-driven insights to continuously optimise performance and drive engagement.

Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email, and paid media
- Proven experience with Meta advertising platforms
- Confident in analysing data and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh, engaging ideas
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns across different channels such as email, events, ticketing and paid advertising.

Content Creation: Developing engaging content for websites, social media, and email marketing, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.

Email Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.

Website Management: Updating website content, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for search engines.

Performance Analysis: Tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting: Generating reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Trend Monitoring: Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.

Client/Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and report on digital marketing activities.
