We’re beyond excited to welcome Dishoom’s first-ever Diwali celebration in Birmingham to Hockley Social Club this October — a vibrant evening of food, music, dancing, and light, curated in partnership with BBC Asian Network.

On Wednesday 22nd October, our warehouse will transform into a colourful celebration of the Festival of Lights — a joyous night honouring the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and community over isolation. Expect beautiful mehendi, soulful music, dazzling performances, and an incredible vegetarian feast of Dishoom favourites.

🕺 Music curated by BBC Asian Network — celebrating the best South Asian sounds and artists

🎤 Live performances from Vallisa Chauhan (DJ & host), Saloni, Navin Kundra, Khushi K, Parry & Rekha, H-Dhami, and Kizzi x AJD (back-to-back DJ set)

🍛 Unlimited vegetarian and vegan feast from Dishoom — including samosas, biryani, malai kofta, carrot halwa and more

☕ Complimentary chai & mithai served throughout the night

💅 Free mehendi available for all guests

🍹 Fully stocked bar with cocktails, softs, and festive tipples
