In Conversation with Jess Phillips

Political firebrand, government minister, campaigner and proud Brummie Jess Phillips joins us for an evening of insight into her life and work, hosted by broadcaster Kathryn Stansczyczyn.

Jess will be talking about her front line work in both Westminster and her constituency, as well as the challenges of her high profile role.

On the agenda: the recent public attack on her by one of the world’s most powerful business and tech figures turned US government hawk, her efforts to change culture and legislation around violence against women and girls in the UK, and her experiences growing up, living and working in Birmingham.

Join us for a memorable evening with one of British contemporary politics’ best-known voices, on home turf here in Birmingham.

Proceeds from the event will be shared with Women’s Aid and RSVP West Midlands.
