COMEDY AT THE CASTLE COMES TO EXETER 📣
For the first time ever, one of the nation’s biggest comedy festivals is heading to Powderham Castle, Exeter — for an unforgettable open-air comedy weekend in July 2026.
Friday 17th July kicks off with a huge opening night lineup featuring some of the UK’s finest comedic talent.
Taking to the stage:
🎤 Joanne McNally – one of the world’s biggest touring comics and a record-breaking sensation across Europe.
🎤 Hal Cruttenden – star of Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News For You and one of Britain’s most accomplished comedians.
🎤 Janine Harouni – Live at the Apollo, The Jonathan Ross Show and one of comedy’s sharpest rising stars.
🎤 Daniel Foxx – BBC New Comedy Awards finalist and viral sensation, celebrated for his quick wit and flamboyant storytelling.
🎙 Hosted by Freddy Quinne – crowd favourite and one of the UK’s most in-demand hosts on the comedy circuit.
Expect a night packed with laughter, incredible live performances and a stunning outdoor setting under the summer sky.
There’ll be street food, cold beers, cocktails and hot drinks — all served in the historic grounds of Powderham Castle.
